The Astronomy Fundraising Group

We welcome the involvement of visionaries who can envisage what it will mean to have an astronomy observatory and planetarium in eastern Maine, a globally favored travel destination. They choose to help in a number of ways.

It helps to share that one has made a donation oneself when reaching out to others.

Reaching out to cultural heroes whose philanthropy may come to include the world of astronomy at Eagle Hill.
Thinking of ways naming opportunities may play a role when reaching out to others.
Researching family foundations and easing into engaging with the principals, in order to gently set the stage for submitting a grant proposal. The writing can be done by a professional.
Hosting private dinners to introduce us to friends and colleagues who may come to have a growing interest in the world of astronomy at Eagle Hill. We are amenable to traveling well out of the state of Maine.
