- 1987 ... The first in-person natural history science field seminars were offered at Eagle Hill.
- 1993 ... The Maine Naturalist started publication. A journal with that name ceased publication around 1928, near the beginning of the Great Depression.
- 1996 ... The Northeastern Naturalist started publication as a continuation of the Maine Naturalist.
- 2002 ... The Souththeastern Naturalist started publication, in discussion with and with the co-sponsoship of the Association of Southeastern Biologists.
- 2008 ... The Journal of the North Atlantic started publication, at the request of the North Atlantic Biocultural Organization.
- 2011 ... The Northeast Natural History Conference was adoped by and first hosted by Eagle Hill, at the request of the New York State Museum.
- 2013 ... The Caribbean Naturalist started publication.
- 2013 ... The first chamber concerts were offered at Eagle Hill.
- 2014 ... The Urban Naturalist started publication as a continuation of Urban Habitats, at the request of the Brooklyn Botanical Garden.
- 2018 ... The Eastern Paleontologist started publication, at the suggestion of the Southeastern Association of Vertebrate Paleontologists.
- 2020 ... The Neotropical Naturalist started publication.
- 2020 ... The first online natural history science field seminars were first offered, as a direct response to the COVID pandemic and the cancellation that year of all of our in-person seminars.
- 2021 ... The Northeast Natural History Conference was hosted online for the first time, with co-sponsorship from the Wilson Ornithological Society and the Association of Field Ornithologists. This was a direct response to the COVID pandemic and the cancelation of the conference in 2020.
- 2021 ... The Prairie Naturalist was adopted by and is now published by Eagle Hill, at the request of the Great Plains Natural Science Society.
- 2022 ... The first jazz concerts were offered at Eagle Hill, with all original compositions by the musicians.
- 2023 ... The Journal of North American Bat Research started publication, at the request of America's Bat Working Groups, and as a continuation of Bat Research News.
