The Aerie Restaurant is part of the Eagle Hill Institute, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of an understanding of the natural world through science and the arts. The Institute maintains an interdisciplinary focus in order to better understand complex relationships among disciplines. Scenic hiking trails, an 8,000-volume library of natural history science and art history, week-long summer natural history science seminars, and the Aerie Restaurant are just a few of its diverse offerings.
