The Aerie Restaurant offers quiet casual dining on the forested summit of the peninsula between Schoodic Point and Petit Manan National Widlife Refuge. It is part of the Eagle Hill Institute and is located within its 150 acre seaside nature preserve.

A dinner evening out can include a 5-minute walk to the panoramic sunset view towards Cadillac Mountain, Schoodic Point, and Gouldsboro Bay, or a brisk longer hike down to the shore of Dyer Bay and/or a blueberry field.

For those who enjoy books, the Institute library has over 8,000 books on natural history science and art history that are available for browsing.

Dinners after public programs ... There are evening lectures during the summer; concerts during the fall, winter, and spring; plus occasional movies.

Private events ... We offer banquet-style seating for up to 72 guests.
