Our interests are tightly focused on the publication of two archaeology journals.
Journal of the North Atlantic ... This journal was founded by way of discussions with key members of the North Atlantic Biocultural Organization (NABO). It publishes peer reviewed research papers an special issues that parallel the mission of NABO, in that the journal focuses primarily on the archaeology and environmental history of the Viking Era of the circum-North Atlantic.
Archaeology Now ... This journal was also founded by way of discussions with key members of NABO. It publishes peer reviewed photo essays that serve as an important intermediary publishing format between typical "sketchy" network news reports and research articles. As such, it serves as a bridge to keep archaeologists updated about research efforts of their colleagues, while also serving as an entry-level way of introducing non-archaeologists to the fascinating world of archaeology.
