Abstract
Prior to this report, in Alabama, Cambarus parvoculus (Mountain Midget Crayfish) was only documented in the Sand Mountain District (east of the Tennessee River) of the Cumberland Plateau. Herein, we provide details about a new record of Mountain Midget Crayfish in the Jackson County Mountains District of the Cumberland Plateau Section of Alabama. Preliminary ecological information about sampled individuals from Skyline Wildlife Management Area, Jackson County, AL, include location, carapace length, habitat, and sex.
